About us

my story

My journey with alcohol began in my teenage years and continued into adulthood. What started early eventually became decades of drinking and a cycle I struggled for years to break.

Over the years, I tried countless programs and different approaches to recovery. I learned a lot along the way—but eventually I realized I needed to take what worked for me and start building a different life.

My own experience became the foundation for Recovery Fellowship and the Break Free From Alcohol™ program.

I created this program from real-life experience—the struggles, setbacks, lessons, and changes that helped me move forward. My goal isn’t to tell someone there is only one way to recover. It’s to provide practical tools, accountability, community, and support that can help people discover what works for them.

I know how difficult it can be to imagine life without alcohol when drinking has been part of your life for years. I also know how much can change when you decide you’re ready for something different.

You don’t have to do it alone.

Break Free. Rebuild. Thrive.™

what i
learned through
 recovery

Recovery taught me that getting alcohol out of my life was only the beginning. I also had to work on the person I wanted to become.

Through years of experience, I learned the importance of accountability, community, faith, personal growth, healthy routines, and having a purpose.

Those lessons helped shape the approach behind

Recovery Fellowship and Break Free From Alcohol™.

LIVED EXPERIENCE

My approach comes from personal experience with alcohol, recovery, setbacks, and rebuilding my life.

PRACTICAL SUPPORT

I believe in giving people practical tools they can actually use in everyday life—not just information.

NO ONE SIZE FITS-ALL

There are many paths to recovery. My goal is to help people discover what works for them and build on it.

MY MISSION

My mission is simple: to help people break free from alcohol and build a life they don’t want to escape from.

Recovery Fellowship is about creating a place where people can find encouragement, accountability, connection, and practical support without judgment.

You don’t have to have everything figured out. You just have to be willing to take the next step.
